In March 2025, he was interviewed in episode 1 of ‘The Scars’ podcast, where he candidly spoke about his experience with cancer, the surgery, and his long road of recovery. On the other hand, Dylan currently serves as a Bartender. Together, they have made a mark after the show. In July 2025, they appeared on Academy FM to discuss their story. Furthermore, they often enjoy the simple moments of life, such as trying out new restaurants, playing games, or even heading out for paintball sessions. Asaad and Jamilah Hassan are a brother-sister duo who showcased their unbreakable bond on the show. Despite their best efforts, they were eliminated in episode 5. Alex is a three-time National Champion Gymnast who is fluent in seven languages. In January 2001, he joined Dods Parliamentary Communications as a member of the Sales and Marketing department.
Alex moved on in January 2001 and gradually gained immense experience as a corporate Sales and Marketing professional. Ultimately, he became the Global Head of Distribution and Capital Raising at Consult Group Capital (CGC) in May 2023. While working there, he also began serving at Way International as a Strategic Advisor. Since 2004, Alex has been the Founder and CEO of Kennis Is Macht, or Knowledge is Power, which is his consulting agency. He loves to showcase his formal menswear look, gymnastic skills, and travel diaries, and has three separate Instagram accounts for each. Alex has traveled to 79 countries, and he is always accompanied by Rob. They have explored different countries like Spain and Germany, among many others. Whether it be going hiking or clicking pictures together, they never miss a chance to share meaningful moments.
Steven and Shelley Find Strength in Communication Even After 28 Years
Steven and Shelley married 28 years ago and arrived on the show as a couple prioritizing communication over anything. Although they were eliminated in episode 4, they had expressed that the show only helped them to come closer to one another. The couple originally appeared on the show because they revealed that it was almost time for their sons to leave home. So, they wanted to set aside some time for themselves and embark on the adventure together. In her professional life, Shelley serves as a Housing Officer. Her day-to-day roles usually include managing properties, tenancy management, and sometimes even legal and administrative duties. On the other hand, Steven is a licensed Black Cab Driver.
Steven always ensures that his customers reach their desired destination safely. The couple has always stood by each other regardless of the situation. Sam Waddington and Luke are best friends who worked hand-in-hand throughout the challenges in the show. Their commendable bond even helped them to complete their first challenge in the fastest time compared to their opponents at that location. However, they were ultimately outsmarted by Ricky and Noddy in episode 3, leading to their elimination. Sam’s life hasn’t been without its struggles since his life changed when he got into a motorbike accident on June 26, 2013. Since the injury caused infections, he lost his left leg and now depends on a prosthetic leg. However, he soon discovered snowboarding and began training to represent Team GB in Para Snowboarding at the Paralympics. Sam even started a GoFundMe Fundraiser to afford his training. He is currently a Para Snowboarder and model, who has signed up with the ZBD talent agency.
Over the months in 2025, Sam has completed several training sessions for his sports at places like Kühtai. He is the ambassador of the Fletchers Foundation and actively volunteers for several other non-profit initiatives. In June, he announced winning the Volunteer of the Year Award at the Yorkshire Choice Awards for volunteering at Day One Trauma Support. Moreover, Sam has his own Airbnb, Drift & Dwell – Bridlington in Yorkshire, UK, which serves as his extra income stream. In August, the reality star proudly shared about immersing himself in skateboard training, which has always been his passion.
