Netflix’s ‘What’s in the Box,’ hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, is about contestants competing for cash prizes through lucky choices and teamwork. Players compete in pairs, going through rounds that reward calculated decisions and cooperation. One such team featured in the frost season was Binh Douglas, who entered the competition alongside his longtime friend Andrew. The two demonstrated strong coordination and used alliances with other teams to advance in the game. Although they were eliminated before reaching the final round, both expressed satisfaction with their experience and participation in the show.
Binh and Andrew Were Eliminated After a Prize Fight
Binh Douglas entered the season alongside his longtime friend Andrew, with whom he had shared more than two decades of friendship. The two first met in Miami, Florida, while working in nightclubs, an environment that demanded constant coordination under pressure. That shared background shaped their approach to the game. They relied on concise communication and an established rhythm developed over years of working together. Early in the competition, when a Freeze Out card was introduced, forcing one team to sit out a challenge, Binh and Andrew volunteered to take it. While this meant missing a round, the decision proved strategic.

Sitting out allowed them to observe other teams, gather information, and use the situation to build alliances and it gave them leverage in later stages of the game. As the rounds progressed, they narrowly missed winning a box on multiple occasions. When presented with a card that allowed them to steal a prize from another team, they chose to act. Andrew explained that his wife would be disappointed if he passed up the Paris fashion experience, leading them to take the reward from fellow contestants Joey and Scott. Their journey ended during a Prize Fight against Kiera and Cardell for an exclusive watch collection. After losing that round, Binh and Andrew were eliminated in the final episode before the finale.
