When we first came across Chrishell Stause on Netflix’s ‘Selling Sunset,’ she was happily married to NBC’s ‘This is Us’ star Justin Hartley, only for them to suddenly split in November 2019. What followed was a period of personal reflection for the rising luxury real estate agent, resulting in her thriving and soon finding love again with her boss-turned-friend, Jason Oppenheim. However, due to differences in future expectations, the couple parted ways on amicable terms after seven months together, paving the way for her to find her forever in Australian musician G Flip.
Chrishell Stause and G Flip’s Relationship Has Been a Whirlwind
Chrishell first met Georgia “G Flip” Flipo at a Halloween party in 2021, where they struck up a conversation and discovered they had a lot in common. Everything was platonic since they were both with their now-ex-partners at the time; yet, the situation changed a few months later when they began talking again after becoming recently single. One thing led to another, and the duo was officially romantically involved by March 2022, as the realtor essentially soft-launched her partner by sharing a cozy selfie of them together on Instagram.
A mere 3 days after Chrishell’s post, on March 21, even G Flip made things social media official by posting a series of photos where they appear to be at the reality television star’s home. Over the ensuing months, the couple kept everyone on their toes by continuing to simply share images from similar spots, all the while also flirting with one another in the comment section. It was only in May 2022 that their relationship was confirmed as they reportedly engaged in PDA in Los Angeles before the actress finally admitted to their romance during a reunion special.
That same month, Chrishell gave her partner a tattoo, G Flip released a sultry music video featuring them both, and they publicly opened up about their love as well as future expectations. The duo has since split their time between Australia and California, attending various public events together while also sticking by each other through controversies, rumors, and more. It was actually “emotional maturity” that pulled them together, so after less than a year and a half, they decided to tie the knot at a stereotypical Las Vegas, Nevada, chapel in May 2023.

Although Chrishell resides in Los Angeles, California, and G Flip is primarily based in Sydney, Australia, they have managed to make their marriage work by adhering to one non-negotiable rule. They do consistently text one another and admittedly spend hours on video calls whenever they are long-distance, but their rule is to never spend more than two weeks – 14 days – apart in one go. In other words, they fly back and forth to physically be with each other at least twice a month, even if it’s just for a few hours or a single night due to their respective hectic schedules.
Chrishell and G Flip both know that their situation is unique, so sometimes making simple efforts can be the biggest romantic gesture, which is why they never hesitate to show off their love. In fact, for the latter’s birthday in September 2025, the realtor proudly declared, in part, “I am declaring today a national holiday! Pure hearted! Hysterical! Genuine! Gifted! Prodigious! Caring! Empathetic! Happy Birthday to an absolute LEGEND of a human being!” As for the musician, they have actually written a number of songs for their wife, the most recent of which is a wedding one titled “Let’s Take This Show on the Road.” Moreover, we should mention that the couple proudly celebrates their love every summer by tying the knot again, so in 2025, their fourth wedding ceremony had a medieval theme.
Coming to what’s next for Chrishell and G Flip, they are both excited to start a family soon, even though they are still unsure whether they want their kids to grow up in the US or Australia. In fact, as per season 9 of ‘Selling Sunset,’ they already have a sperm donor lined up to finally help them start the process, so they can’t wait for this next chapter of their forever story. Thanks to the reality show, the world knows the real estate agent has always wanted to be a mother, and it turns out that even the musician has also always seen a family in their life. They actually believe that having children with Chrishell would not only change their world but also the outside one because it would hopefully normalize “same-sex relationships and family structures.” G Flip has also stated, “I’m very fortunate to have her in my life… We’ll be in each other’s (lives) forever. We have a very strong connection that you don’t find every day.”
