Netflix’s ‘Crap Happens’ or ‘Kacken an der Havel’ is a German comedy drama series that intricately examines the rap dreams of Toni Fleischer. The nucleus of the narrative is Toni’s journey as he returns to his hometown of Schitten for his mother’s funeral. His life turns upside down when he discovers that he has a teenage son named Charly. Toni also survives a prop asteroid attack by his pet Tupac the duckling. We also see Charly and Toni building a stronger bond as they let go of their differences and focus on the brighter future ahead of them. The Fleischers are able to save their land from Veronica, who escapes from the town. This sets up the tone for season 2. A crucial element of the potential second season would be the layered relationships between the members of the Fleischer family and the ways in which they evolve. It can be presumed that a new season would add more layers to the interactions between Nancy, Kaia, Karo, Johnny, and Toni.
Each of them has their own issues to deal with, which take a toll on their personal lives. Crap Happens May Introduce Unique and New Characters in Toni’s World
‘Crap Happens’ delivers one rib-tickling moment after another throughout its runtime. Characters like Toni, Charly, Johnny, and Nancy add to the strength of the story through their charming presence. In the event of a renewal for a second season, it is highly likely that the cast members will reprise their roles. It is likely that Anton Schneider will return as Toni, Jördis Triebel as Nancy, and Dimitrij Schaad as Johnny. Along with them, we could see the return of other characters, namely Sky Arndt (Charly), Jana Münster (Karo), Sophia Münster (Kaia), and Vincent Redetzki (Paule). Some of these characters, especially Charly, may play a greater role in the second season.
We could presumably see the addition of new characters, who may take the story towards new perspectives. Season 2 might have new characters that form puzzling relationships with the main characters. If Jana and Toni reunite, the family dynamics could change inexplicably and cause greater chaos. We may also see how Cutie Heart Records evolves as a studio and handles the competition it faces from other players in the business. Ultimately, season 1 of ‘Crap Happens’ has introduced vivid characters and storylines that could be examined in greater detail if the show returns for a second season.
