Season 2 of Netflix’s ‘Stranded With the Mother-in-Law’ featured six new mothers-in-law, among whom was Evagelina Misquita, AKA Lina. She appeared on the show with her son, Leonardo Misquita, and his husband, Juliano Faller. When her son was younger, they shared a home, but everything changed when his husband entered the picture. Leonardo moved out, and whenever she visited his home, she never felt welcomed. Since Lina didn’t have the keys to her son’s house, she was convinced that Juliano was behind all of that. In the early parts of the show, the mother-in-law and son-in-law often clashed, unable to see eye-to-eye. Things changed when Juliano revealed that he was hurt because she had torn up a shirt given to him by his mother. Lina eventually apologized to him and even expressed her love for him.

In November 2025, he even joyfully celebrated her 70th birthday. Back at home, his husband, Juliano, remains at the center of his universe. Besides being Leonardo’s soulmate, he is also his gym partner, adventure companion, and biggest supporter.
Leonardo and Juliano usually train side by side at the gym, pushing each other to stay in top physical condition.
