Where Are Joseph and Adam Abdin From The Amazing Race Now?

The relationship between brothers is often shaped by a loyalty that tends to endure through every stage of life. It is a relationship built on familiarity, rivalry, protection, and a deep-rooted sense of having grown from the same place. In CBS’ ‘The Amazing Race’ season 38, Adam and Joseph Abdin entered the competition as a brother duo, bringing that equation into the high-pressure environment of the race. Their ability to read each other quickly naturally helped them strategize, stay calm under stress, and push through physical and mental challenges. Their brotherly dynamic offered them a built-in partnership and it was one strengthened by years of knowing how the other thinks and moves.

Joseph and Adam Abdin Quickly Recovered From Their Early Setbacks

Joseph and Adam Abdin entered the season as clear underdogs, not only because they were new to the intensity of the competition but also because Adam lives with Type 1 diabetes. Managing his medication, energy levels, and physical strain added an extra layer of difficulty to an already demanding race. Their journey began in the Netherlands, where they placed 8th, but they quickly found their way. By the second leg, racing to the Czech Republic, Adam powered through the Detour and helped secure an impressive 2nd place. Strong performances continued as they moved through Europe and a solid 4th again in Croatia. Though Leg 8 in Romania was tough, dropping them to last place, they bounced back in Greece with a strong 3rd-place finish. By the time they reached Italy in Leg 10, Joseph and Adam had proven that they would go far in the race.
