Karen Landry and Miles Williams were awaiting their ideal partner when season 11 of Lifetime’s ‘Married at First Sight’ introduced them. When they first met, their connection was met with both hope and skepticism. While their initial introductions were marked with doubts, as time progressed, they warmed up to each other. Karen and Miles Went Strong For a While Before Finally Separating

Finally, in July 2023, Miles candidly opened up during a panel discussion at the Essence festival in New Orleans, revealing that he and Karen had decided to separate. He further described the experience as “very difficult.” Shortly after, Karen appeared in an interview on Curate for Women Network’s YouTube channel in August 2023, where she also confirmed that the former duo were no longer together. Speaking on this matter, the TV star expressed that she was “still recovering” and felt that her ex-husband’s lack of accountability might have been a factor that led to the demise of their marriage. As of speaking, neither Karen nor Miles are in contact with each other and live their separate lives happily.
Karen Landry is Now an Influencer and Released Her Cookbook
Prior to Karen’s appearance on the show, she pursued an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Management in addition to completing her MBA. Following this, she started her career in the Human Resources department and served in several industries like hospitality, healthcare, and real estate. After the show was over, she also began a joint YouTube channel with her former partner, Karen Landry (Killa K), but ended up taking a break from it since she was struggling mentally after the divorce. Finally, in 2024, she returned to her channel, sharing about her journey of healing and growth and the next step in her life. Here, the TV star revealed that she has currently taken a break from the corporate world and has completely dipped herself into her occupation as a content creator. With 213K followers on Instagram and 77K subscribers on YouTube, she has been flourishing in her professional life.

Her content mainly revolves around her lifestyle wellness, her passion for cooking, and beauty tips. She is also currently the co-host of a YouTube podcast, ‘Sis N’ Giggles,’ which she launched with her friend Kecia in 2024. Besides Karen’s personal LTK and Cameo accounts, she is also a cookbook author who released her book ‘Killa Be Cooking: Holiday Edition.’ She is currently in the process of writing the second edition of her book. When she is not swamped with work, the reality TV personality often spends quality time with her furry little dog, Ali, and travels with her friends. From her trip to Dubai in January 2023 to her journey to Cancun, Mexico, in August, she has been living the dream. Miles is Now a Principal and Prominent in Mental Health Advocacy
After Miles’ appearance on the show, he started his journey, which was focused mainly on his personal growth and professional development. He has continued his dedication to education and to promote self-care among men. He is currently the Principal of Bricolage Academy, an elementary school in New Orleans. Besides his role as an educator, Miles often participates in panels and discussions, serves as the advocate for fostering community well-being, and addresses the complexities surrounding modern relationships. The reality TV star was formerly the captain of the Elon Phoenix football team and aspires to be a book author. He has also taken to his social media and is currently an influencer with 187K followers on Instagram.
Here, Miles actively promotes products like Remington Balder Pro Head Shaver, Dove Men Care, and Apollo Wearable. He has been actively participating in his role as an educator and looks forward to inspiring the coming generation further. In April 2024, he started a YouTube channel- Life is a Broadcast, together with his former ‘MAFS’ co-star. Here, they share how to be one’s authentic self while they’re appearing on reality TV. He has been actively participating in Black Menswear Flashmob Events, one held in Miami in December 2024 and the other upcoming on the weekend in New Orleans in March 2025. In his familial life, the TV personality fosters a deep bond with his family and is incredibly close to his little sister, Kelsy Williams. With his newfound peace in fitness and zeal to be better, Miles continues to be a source of inspiration for many.
