With Netflix’s ‘Sneaky Links: Dating After Dark’ bringing together a group of not-so-singles and the people they have an undefined, casual relationship with, we get an experiment unlike any other. After all, this original production pushes the individuals to change their bad habits, figure out what they really want out of a partner, and then pursue a real, romantic relationship based on emotions alone. Amongst those to be a part of season 1 were Kelsey Tomlin and Colt Fason, whose newfound complex yet passionate bond had us rooting for them in a way we never would have imagined.
Kelsey Tomlin and Colt Fason Had Their Fair Share of Ups and Downs
From the moment Kelsey Tomlin first came across our screens in episode 4 of this dating series, she made it clear that Colt Fason was her type to a tee, and it really helped that he was also polite. The fact that they are both from Nashville, Tennessee, also brought them closer together, only for her excitement about him to dim a little once it came to light that he already had a partner. He had actually essentially committed to 29-year-old law student Angelique, a new sneaky link turned genuine connection, so she made it clear to her after recognizing that she was his type too.
However, Colt’s head did turn, so when Kelsey asked him out on a massage date because she only had 12 hours to prove herself to the group, who were responsible for her fate in the motel, he said yes. During this date, he indicated that he and Angelique weren’t that serious, despite already having had a night in the spicy suite, leading to much more. Not only did the duo speak of sharing a kiss to see if they had a real spark, but they engaged in a full make-out session, yet still, when the time came, Colt chose to commit to Angelique. He was conflicted, but he went with his heart.
Little did anybody expect that despite Colt’s public choice, his eyes continued to waver, soon driving a significant wedge between himself and Angelique. Plus, the fact that he then realized their religious views didn’t match became too much for him, resulting in him parting ways with her and focusing entirely on Kelsey. Even with Kelsey, he brought up the religious aspect since he had witnessed his parents fight when he was growing up, and he didn’t want that in the future. Gradually, the duo continued to get to know one another, resulting in them deciding to continue their connection in the real world, too.
Kelsey Tomlin and Colt Fason Have Likely Parted Ways For Good
Although it’s true that neither Kelsey nor Colt has mentioned anything regarding their relationship status ever since this show came to an end, we do believe they have parted ways. They are seemingly on amicable terms as of writing, considering they do follow one another on their respective social media profiles, yet that seems to be the extent of their involvement. After all, even though they are both based out of Nashville, Tennessee, there doesn’t seem to be any overlap in their experiences in the recent past. Moreover, and more importantly, they apparently spent Valentine’s Day 2025 apart, too. While she enjoyed a nice dinner with someone, he was seemingly snowboarding with friends in Vail, Colorado.
Kelsey Tomlin and Colt Fason Are Living Their Best Lives
As a model and fashion website manager, Kelsey is living out her childhood dream of being a part of the entertainment industry in the best way imaginable. She is doing what she loves, which, in turn, is undoubtedly opening more doors for her, which she appears to have been embracing with open arms. On a personal level, the 24-year-old Nashville resident is also very family-oriented, so whenever she is not working or spending quality time with friends, she can be found with her family.
While Colt is a native of Arkansas, he currently seems to be residing in Nashville, where he serves as a proud sales consultant and freelance model. He has actually managed to get so much success in the past few years, thanks to his incredible physique and hard work, that in February 2025, he even managed to move into a new place, secure even more brand deals, and essentially expand his career. It’s evident that Colt is a fun-loving individual, so with the unwavering support of his loved ones, he seems to be living his life to the fullest. Whether it be going snowboarding with friends, enjoying house parties, attending concerts, or engaging with fans as a fitness influencer, he has been doing everything and more over the past few months.
