Kodi Williams began his professional journey in 2009 when he enrolled at the University of North Alabama to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Entertainment Industry and Public Relations. From the outset, he displayed an evident passion for music and entertainment, as was demonstrated by his involvement with MEISA (Music and Entertainment Industry Student Association). His academic background laid a solid foundation for his future in artist management and brand development. After graduating, he took his first significant step into the professional entertainment industry in October 2013 when he joined the William Morris Endeavor agency. There, he worked as a Booking Agent, overseeing bookings across the South Central, Upper Midwest, and Northwest territories.

In 2019, he was promoted to the position of an Agent. In June 2021, Kodi joined Hill Entertainment Group as Director of Business and Client Development. At Hill, his role involved devising strategic growth initiatives, securing brand partnerships, and coordinating touring efforts for a diverse roster of clients, including Rodney Atkins, Andy Buckner, Emily Earle, and Kyle Daniel. His expertise helped elevate the profile of Hill Entertainment’s artists and expand their reach across media and live platforms. He ran the day-to-day operations for Grand Ole Opry member Mark Wills and co-managed national recording artist Tiera Kennedy. He remained with Hill Entertainment until March 2025, leaving behind a strong legacy of innovation and artist-focused strategy.

With his work at the Hill Entertainment Group, Kodi also became one of the managers for Naomi Judd. His role expanded beyond bookings as he took on the day-to-day operations of her professional career, serving as her manager and playing an integral part in the management of The Naomi Judd Estate and The Judds brand. In April 2024, Kodi played a central role in organizing a significant collaboration between The Naomi Judd Estate, Definitive Authentic, and Mercy Community Healthcare. This project led to the launch of a series of virtual exhibits showcasing rare and never-before-seen artifacts from Naomi Judd’s life and career. The exhibit was a celebration of her legacy and artistry, offering fans an intimate look at the woman behind the music. Since he has stepped back from the role at Hills Entertainment, it remains to be seen what Kodi has in line for himself and what new project will take his attention.
