While some couples on Peacock’s ‘Love Island: All Stars’ find each other right from the start, many connections begin midway through the course of the season. In season 3, Kyra Lizama and Curtis Pritchard, who were both bombshells arriving at different times, eventually found their way to each other. They turned out to be exactly what the other needed the most, which made their pairing feel genuine and heartwarming. Their connection quickly became adorable to watch, and many felt it had strong potential to go all the way.
Kyra and Curtis Were Eliminated Before They Could Explore Their Connection Further
Curtis Pritchard entered the villa as a bombshell in episode 9, and right off the bat, he created quite a stir. The first person to catch his interest was Millie Court, and she was the one he paired up with. He was quite taken with her, but after a little while, Millie felt that things were moving too quickly between them and chose to distance herself. Curtis was visibly heartbroken and even became emotional over how things ended. Similarly, Kyra Lizama entered as a bombshell in episode 15 and was placed in the US villa with the boys, where she initially spoke to Tommy Bradley.
However, when she asked Curtis for a chat, and they went up to the terrace, everything shifted. The two shared a kiss, and from that moment, things were pretty much sealed between them. At the next recoupling, they chose each other and finally got some time to connect properly. Unfortunately, their time together was short-lived. During the following elimination, they were voted out after ranking among the bottom two couples in terms of public voting, and they ultimately had to leave the villa.
Kyra and Curtis Could be Keeping in Touch With Each Other
Kyra and Curtis did not get much time to spend in the villa together after their connection had been secured. Above all, Curtis had also liked Millie a lot and spoke about her after leaving the villa. In an interview, he lauded her moral character and said that there were no bad feelings on his part, but he had liked her a lot and had been completely taken in by her. He said that he was worried he would push her away by simply being himself, and that is what ended up happening. Still, he made it clear that he wished her the best.
He also spoke about Kyra and shared that they did have plans to have a lot of “fun” together, adding that he found her to be very hot. Neither of them has shared whether they are officially dating or not, but from Curtis’ comments, one can sense that there may be some lingering feelings. It seems possible that they could be casually seeing each other, along with maintaining the friendship they built. This feels fitting, as casual is exactly how their connection had begun, and while neither of them has made any firm comment, it appears they do intend to remain in each other’s lives.
