Netflix’s ‘My Korean Boyfriend’ introduces five Brazilian women who travel to South Korea in search of love. Among them was Luanny Vital, who met Si Won Lee on a dating application. At that time, she told him straight up that their relationship demanded far more effort than he was willing to give. She accused him of always running away when things became difficult, calling his behavior childish. Luanny admitted that she wanted a partner who was emotionally mature. The other girls had been warning her for weeks, pointing out a pattern that they couldn’t ignore because Si Won made promises but didn’t follow through. During the tense exchange, he also pushed back that Luanny’s habit of discussing his personal life made him upset.
Si Won claimed that Luanny stressed him out, leaving her visibly upset. As the conversation unraveled, she revealed a final betrayal that he had allegedly cheated on her with his Turkish friend, which she hadn’t spoken extensively about since. As of writing, she no longer follows him, and his pictures are not visible on her Instagram. They have a shared couple account, where they haven’t shared anything since February 2025. Their last video together showcases Si Won speaking joyfully and eating a meal in her presence. Although there are faint traces of what they once shared, it appears that their relationship didn’t survive beyond the show, and they have moved on with their lives.
