With nearly two decades of experience in customer service across the entertainment and hospitality industries, Mark Levy has built an extensive career in personal relations and communication. His journey began in 2004 at Blockbuster in Palatka, Florida, where he learned the fundamentals of customer relations, recommending films, managing sales, and ensuring every guest left satisfied. That early introduction to customer-facing roles set the stage for a lifelong career in service and entertainment. In 2009, Mark joined Madame Tussauds New York, part of the Merlin Entertainments Group, as an Experience Host, a role that perfectly merged performance with customer engagement. For seven years, he greeted visitors, guided tours, and even entertained guests in the venue’s haunted house attraction, earning a reputation for his humor and warmth.
He transitioned to Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Brooklyn in 2016, where he served as a Concierge Shift Lead for over six years. His leadership, multitasking, and event-hosting abilities flourished, and he became a cornerstone of guest relations and team morale. Mark later brought his experience to The Escape Game in Manhattan as a Customer Service Specialist. In 2023, he joined Broadway.com as a Customer Service Representative, where he further developed his skills in administration, creative writing, and sales. He took his talents to Universal Studios Hollywood in March 2025, where he currently works as a Ride Operator. He ensures the safe, efficient, and enjoyable operation of attractions while assisting and guiding guests throughout their experience. Mark Levy’s creative journey extends far beyond reality TV and guest relations. He is a passionate actor, writer, and producer with deep roots in theatre and performance. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Mark “survived” his hometown’s chaos with humor and creativity before pursuing his love for acting at the University of Florida and the Florida School of the Arts, where he earned three undergraduate degrees in theatre. After graduation, he moved to New York City and was determined to immerse himself in the performing arts scene. He now actively participates in online fan networks and attends live events. He was at the RHAP tapings in New York City in October 2024 and even went to Star Wars Nite at Disneyland in April 2025.
