Mel’s Food Truck is Still in Business, But Marie No Longer Works There
Mel Vitale has channeled her passion for food and creativity into a fulfilling career and is working on it till today. Together, she co-founded Royal-T Tapas, a food truck based in Orlando, Florida, with Marie, and it has been operating since February 2022. The venture reflects both their personalities. While Mel brought her culinary skills and love for all things food, Marie contributed her experience as a bartender and butler, thus adding flair and hospitality to their growing business. However, Marie has confirmed she is no longer working there.
Royal-T Tapas has become a local favorite and is known for its versatile flavors and welcoming atmosphere. It’s not just a food truck but a shared dream that once allowed Mel and Marie to grow together professionally and creatively. Other than the business, both of them remain grounded in the things that matter most. Friends and family play a central role in their lives, and they always find time to nurture those relationships, no matter how busy things get. The two of them bring their heart to all they do, and it is a principle that has helped them in everything.
