Honestly, her hands-on experience over time helped her evolve into a much more passionate and compassionate medical professional than she was when she first started out, which only pushed her further.
Nandipha’s high reputation as a physician was a direct representation of her success, but by the time the mid-to late 2010s rolled around, she knew she wanted to do more. Therefore, in 2017, she shifted gears to go from a mere doctor to a medical entrepreneur by launching Optimum Medical Aesthetics Solutions in Morningside, Sandton. She established this private clinic with the sole aim of offering high-end non-invasive beauty treatments – Botox, chemical peels, hairline transplants, fillers, etc – so as to empower clients by helping them be the best aesthetic versions of themselves.
As if that’s not enough, Nandipha gradually expanded her entrepreneurial portfolio by founding other businesses, such as VitaPush, through which she offered healthcare consultancy. She also co-owned the IT service provider Arum Holdings with two other women as well as the alleged sham real estate development brand Arum Properties with convict Thabo Bester. Moreover, she had even managed to turn herself into a brand by evolving into an influencer with very well-received social media accounts and a public speaker specializing in all things medical aesthetics.

Considering Nandipha had dedicated every aspect of herself to her career from the moment she graduated from college until she went on the lam, she had managed to accumulate significant wealth. Unfortunately, her precise income over the years is not public knowledge, so we can only estimate that her salary during her initial years as a doctor was in the range of $1.5 to $2 million. This would have just increased over time, and then likely doubled or tripled once her businesses really took off, with her private practice, Optimum Medical Aesthetics Solutions, being the most profitable.

However, since her 2023 arrest on charges including conspiracy, corruption, and fraud, all her assets have been frozen, and her medical license has been revoked.
