Ross Boyask has more fights left in him! The director will next helm ‘The King’s Arms’, his next project. Suffolk in the United Kingdom will host the production, which is scheduled to begin in the Fall later this year. Further information regarding the cast and crew remains under wraps at this point.
His most recent project was directing ‘I Am Vengeance: Retaliation,’ where former special forces soldier John Gold is tasked with capturing Sean Teague, the man who betrayed his team during a mission in Eastern Europe. Although Gold would prefer to see Teague dead, he agrees to help transport him to a military prison to face justice. Along the way, Gold must fend off Teague’s team, who are determined to free him, and a relentless sniper aiming to eliminate Teague before he can be secured. Prior to this, he directed the short film ‘Dead End – Dead Man Walking,’ which follows The Contractor as he returns to his roots after a complicated mission. His new Handler must prevent further violence while uncovering a global human trafficking ring responsible for thousands of deaths across Asia.
In line with his signature style of action and revenge narratives, he directed ‘Vengeance,’ featuring Stu Bennett and Fleur Keith. The plot centers on ex-soldier turned mercenary John Gold, who embarks on a mission to uncover the truth behind his best friend’s murder. What he finds is a dark conspiracy, leading him to take down those responsible, one by one. He also directed ‘Warrioress,’ starring Cecily Fay, which follows two formidable female warriors as they traverse a post-apocalyptic landscape to engage in a ritual duel and fulfill an ancient prophecy.
His feature film directorial debut, ‘Left for Dead,’ which he also wrote, is a revenge thriller set in the city of Hope. The film follows Williams, a former hitman for a ruthless crime lord named Kincaid, who teams up with Kelso, a kickboxer crippled by Kincaid, to exact their revenge after being left for dead.
Recent notable projects stemming out of Suffolk include ‘One Shot’ and ‘The Strays.’
