While in Peacock’s ‘Love Island: All Stars’, pairings are flimsy, there are a few couples in each season that withstand whatever comes between them. In season 3, that couple was Samie Elishi and Ciaran Davies. They quickly figured out that they were attracted to one another and took their time before they paired up. They did face a few hurdles, and while tears were shed, what was most important was how they came out of it and chose to stick with each other, showing that their connection was stronger than the challenges around them.

Samie Elishi and Ciaran Davies had entered the villa at the same time, but they were not paired up straight away. As shown on the show, Lucinda didn’t seem too pleased to know about this and ended things with him. At the next coupling, Ciaran chose Samie, showing that she was the one he was serious about. From then on, the couple spent as much time together as they could, though they also had personal problems. At one point, Samie felt they were not getting enough one-on-one time, but they managed it all. Just a week away from the finale, they became the first couple to agree to be exclusive, which was a major step for them.

Samie and Ciaran’s story is one of the few that took shape over time, and despite everything between them, they chose one another again and again. They have already professed their love for one another, and since they are exclusive and not seeking any other connections, they seem stable. There is very little in their way, and with the time in the villa coming to an end, it will be interesting to see how they take the relationship into the real world. While there have been many instances in which love found in the villa does not survive, there are also examples where it does and leads to long-lasting relationships. For now, they are smitten with one another, and there does not seem to be any hint that they would be straying away from each other anytime soon.
