Shareza Jackson: Where is the Alleged Scam Victim Now?

In Netflix’s ‘Love Con Romance,’ Cecilie Fjellhøy, a target of the Tinder Swindler, and Brianne Joseph, a private investigator, team up to uncover several romance scams by taking matters into their own hands. One of the people featured in the six-part true crime documentary series is Shareza Jackson, who accused her ex-husband, Dorian Wilkerson, of fraud. As Cecilie and Brianne worked with Shareza, they brought some new aspects of her and Dorian’s relationship and eventual fallout to light.

Shareza Jackson Invested Thousands of Dollars in Dorian Wilkerson’s Business

Shareza Jackson first crossed paths with Dorian Wilkerson in high school, but the two never really connected at the time. By the time she was 19, she had welcomed two daughters, Nykki Nkaeyah and Jnyah Angel Irving. Motivated by providing them with the best life possible, she climbed the corporate ladder and became a successful woman. Two decades after graduating from high school, she said Dorian reportedly reached out to her, and they began dating soon after. Shareza mentioned on the show that he claimed he was a successful medical doctor at Emory Hospital at the time. Not long after, he proposed to her in front of her loved ones, and she said yes.

On November 27, 2016, they made their relationship official by tying the knot at an exclusive venue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, surrounded by many friends and family members. On the show, Shareza alleged that Dorian convinced her to invest in the establishment of a cosmetic surgery center called The Best U-Now, for which she took out a loan of $100,00 in her name. She further alleged that she also bought a lavish new property on his insistence. Thinking that the business was legit, she said she invested thousands of dollars more, even when the business appeared to be collapsing.

Shareza suspected her then-husband when she was reportedly contacted by other women, who claimed he was a dangerous and fraudulent person. When she delved deep into his past, she learned that Dorian was convicted of fraud, battery, and assault in multiple cases and was on probation at the time. Eventually, the cosmetic surgery center sank in 2022, soon after which she filed for divorce in March. A few months later, in October, she also filed a civil lawsuit against Dorian, alleging that he “forged wife’s name on documents to obtain loans and for his own personal gain” and allegedly defrauded other women in the past. By her account, Shareza was reportedly left with almost $2 million in debt.

Shareza Jackson Wears Many Professional Hats Today

Shareza Jackson paved her own path for success, starting with her graduation from Nova Southeastern University and American InterContinental University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. For a decade or so, between July 2010 and July 2020, she was employed as a Specialty Services/Operations Manager at DentaQuest in the Miami metropolitan area. Meanwhile, since 2016, she has also been serving as a Wellness Consultant at SJ Media. She also runs her own business — SJW Enterprises. The successful woman is also an author, having published multiple books.

In 2014, she debuted as an author with her book titled ‘Sistah Deprogrammed: Your Guide to Growth, Freedom and Redefining Yourself.’ A few years later, in 2018, her second book titled ‘Dear Future Husband: 7 Keys to Loving Yourself Before Loving Him’ was published. Following the success of her two books, she published her memoir titled ‘Successful Women Get Played Too: Mastering the Art of Ownin’ Your $#!+ Keepin’ Your $#!+ and Keepin’ It Movin’.’ Based on her alleged experience of romance fraud allegedly by her former husband, Dorian Wilkerson, the book is also a means to raise awareness about such scams and bring significant changes to the system.

Apart from being an entrepreneur and author, Shareza is also a purpose speaker and business coach, having given empowering speeches at several workshops. By taking instances from her own personal experiences, she motivates and inspires her audience to take control of their lives and live without any limits. She is also associated with the annual Divas Don’t Do Drama Summit, which celebrates sisterhood and the art of collaboration. Besides that, Shareza created Limitless University to support the women who have been with or were with narcissistic partners. Also a philanthropist and playwright, she is reportedly working with a major network to write and produce content as an executive producer.

Shareza Jackson is Surrounded by the Love and Support of Her Family

Despite all the success she has earned in her life, Shareza Jackson has stayed grounded to her roots. She is grateful for the constant support of her parents, Ronnie Bernard Jackson and Valerie Lewis Dixon, and her brother, Ronnie Jackson. In March 2025, she greeted her mother on her birthday, stating, “Happiest Birthday to My Mommy💓❤️💓 one of “THEE MOST” Genuine Hearts I’ve ever known! I Love You to Pieces. Pray you receive EVERYTHING your heart desires.”

Three months later, in June 2025, she took to social media to acknowledge the importance of her father on Father’s Day. She stated, “I thank God every day that you’re still here, showing up and showing out for your baby girl. Through the highs, the lows, the whew chilles and the “Lord, why me?” moments, you’ve been my calm, my protector, my real one. You’ve helped me navigate life, even the wild chapters I probably should’ve skipped. 😅 But through it all, you never judged .. you just held it down like only you can.” Her two adult daughters, Nykki Nkaeyah and Jnyah Angel Irving, provide her with strength and purpose to keep pushing herself. While the former turned 28 in August, Jnyah, whom she calls her twin, celebrated her 26th birthday in July. As of today, Shareza is focused on herself and living the best life she can.
