That’s because it revolves around a group of not-so-singles as they check into a beautiful motel in Arizona, just to learn that someone they actually casually see in the real world is also there. They are then given free rein to figure out whether they are meant to be with the person from their past or someone new entirely, leaving us wondering if this chaotic original is at all scripted.
Sneaky Links: Dating After Dark is as Authentic As Can Be
Since ‘Sneaky Links: Dating After Dark’ has been billed as a reality series ever since it was first announced, and there is no proof to contradict the same, it appears as if it is indeed entirely real. This means that none of the participants are ever asked to recite pre-written dialogues or perform carefully concocted plots/situations in front of the cameras to ensure sheer entertainment. However, because of the scope of this Netflix original, considering the success of similar shows like ‘Love is Blind’ and ‘Too Hot to Handle,’ it’s likely there is at least some producer involvement.
These behind-the-scenes personnel do not develop any drama or play a role in how things between the sneaky links or committed pairs pan out, but they may possibly nudge certain conversations.
