The Christmas Carolers Shark Tank Update: Premium Carolers For Holidays

Bringing holiday magic to life isn’t just about the lights or festive decor anymore — it is about creating moments that feel like they will last forever. For hosts seeking to elevate their celebrations, finding a performer who can deliver that enchanting experience can be a challenge. While traditional caroling groups offer nostalgia, they often fall short in terms of Victorian charm. That is where The Christmas Carolers stand apart, providing their clients with a premium holiday entertainment experience through their talented vocalists across several parts of the country. Their appearance on episode 7 of ABC’s ‘Shark Tank’ season 17 gave its founder the perfect stage to showcase how they are redefining holiday spirit.

The Christmas Carolers: Who Are They and What Do They Do?

Long before The Christmas Carolers became a beloved name in holiday entertainment, its founder, Kenyon Ross, was gradually laying the foundation for what would one day become a nationwide sensation. He began pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications in 1989 at Samford University, before eventually graduating in 1993. By 1996, Kenyon recognized something few had truly tapped into: there was a growing demand for talented singers who could bring festive joy directly into people’s homes and communities. Determined to fill that gap, he made it his mission to spread nostalgia and holiday cheer across the US.

It led to the creation of The Christmas Carolers, which began as a part-time endeavor with a small and local caroling group. Slowly, it has now expanded into something much greater. Kenyon simultaneously built an impressive professional trajectory. From August 2004 to August 2007, he worked as a Medical Sales Representative at Johnson & Johnson. He then became a Specialty Sales Representative for Endo Pharmaceuticals, a position he held until June 2010. Following that, Kenyon took on the role of Senior Sales Specialist at Millennium Laboratories, where he served until December 2011.

In January 2012, Kenyon assumed the position of National Sales and Marketing Director at StayPoints, with a primary focus on the Guest Reward Program. He left that organization in June 2018. Just one month later, his dedication led him to join Akebia Therapeutics as a Renal Sales Specialist. Over the years, Kenyon rose through the ranks to become Senior Renal Sales Specialist and then Senior Key Account Manager, Interim Area Director, and Field Trainer in November 2022. Along the way, he has earned significant recognition by becoming a three-time Peer Leadership Winner and a two-time Pinnacle Club winner. Currently, The Christmas Carolers has flourished as a premium nationwide holiday entertainment company.

The organization is known for delivering immersive experiences through its heartwarming performances. They provide their clients with Victorian-style carolers, engaging them with captivating a cappella harmonies. Each of the singers is carefully chosen from prestigious music and theatre programs across the US to ensure excellence. An award-winning designer creates the costumes for the singers to maintain elegance and an old-world charm. Whether it’s a corporate Christmas party or a private seasonal celebration, they offer flexible entertainment options tailored to each client’s vision. With their holiday classics and timeless melodies, they bring the spirit of the festive season to life.

The Christmas Carolers: Where Are They Now?

Since its launch, The Christmas Carolers has expanded its services to several locations across the country and is now available in 21 major cities, including Chicago, Illinois; Austin, Texas; Las Vegas, Nevada; and several others. Customers can easily explore the company’s offerings through its website. On that platform, the clients can seamlessly browse the available song list, review pricing details, and understand the terms of service with just a few clicks. Additionally, the brand provides classic holiday music services for a variety of events, including private parties, community celebrations, and corporate gatherings. They classify certain days, such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Thanksgiving, as premium days, and the pricing for those days varies accordingly.

The clients can further select from a variety of ensemble sizes: a quartet (four carolers), a sextet (six carolers), and an octet (eight carolers). Each of their performances can range from 1 to 4 hours, depending on the services chosen. The one-hour performance by a 4-caroler group usually costs $700, which increases to $1,400 on premium days. Their 4-hour quartet performance is available for just $2,200. Similarly, for a sextet, the one-hour pricing is $1,050, and the 4-hour cost is $3,300. Lastly, for the group of eight carolers, the price ranges between $1,400 and $4,400, depending on the duration. In celebration of their appearance on ‘Shark Tank,’ The Christmas Carolers is currently offering a $200 discount on event bookings, which can be made through their website.

It is essential to note that a 50% deposit or a full payment is required for the booking. The Christmas Carolers also encourage community involvement. Caroling groups operating in areas where the company does not yet have a local presence can easily submit their information on the website. One can also join them as a caroler by applying for the role on the same platform. They achieved a milestone in May 2025, when The Christmas Carolers launched the orders for their life-size animatronic carolers. The orders finally closed on August 31, but the animatronic carolers are set to return in 2026. It presents an opportunity for expansion for the company, as they are set to introduce animatronic carolers, which can help them secure indoor venues and bank lobbies.

In September 2025, The Christmas Carolers opened Seasonal Sales Representative positions for the holiday period from September through December. They also offered strong earning potential and flexible scheduling with that role. By November, the company had announced its new hiring opportunities for carolers in the areas of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Phoenix, Arizona. Most recently, in December, they appeared on ABC 33/40’s ‘Talk of Alabama.’ Their consistent efforts have yielded quite noticeable results. It becomes evident from the numerous glowing reviews the company is currently receiving that they bring festive cheer everywhere they go.
