Livia Finds Herself in a Complex Love Triangle

Livia had a connection with Antonio since she was a teenager, because his father, Don Raúl, used to be Claudio’s chauffeur. In vulnerable moments, Livia finds herself drawn to Antonio, even getting intimate with him before knowing that he was the one who kidnapped her father, conspiring with Fedra. On the other hand, due to the shared traumatic experience between her and Iván, of being kidnapped by Magic and being held at gunpoint, Livia starts to get attracted to the young man. She starts having sexual dreams about Iván, and also tries to get closer to him, despite his relationship with her stepmother Helena.

Livia is torn between two men, one who loves her unconditionally, and the one she is deeply attracted to. After learning about the fact that Antonio kidnapped her father, she starts to grow distant from him. However, he keeps trying to get back with her, even breaking into her house at one point. In an unfortunate moment, Claudio tortures and holds Antonio hostage, and later kills him by shooting him point-blank. Despite her tough emotions after the death of Antonio, Livia goes to Iván’s house and has sex with him. However, because Helena walks out due to his intimacy with her stepdaughter, Iván gets distant from Livia.

The Young Woman Makes a Difficult Decision

After Claudio’s murder, Livia gets emotionally vulnerable and asks Iván to stay close to her. At a later point, Livia hears Iván talking to Rebeca about an alibi on the night of Claudio’s murder, leading her to believe that he killed her father, following which she confronts him. Despite their differences, the two of them break into Fedra’s house to gather any evidence they can find that connects her to Claudio’s murder. However, Livia and Iván don’t find a mutual connection after the young man makes it known that he is still in love with Helena, willing to go to any length for her. In the ending moments of the finale, Livia goes to talk to Iván to close their chapter.

Iván apologizes for the way things turned out between them, but the young woman says it was her fault, since she tried to get close to him despite knowing about his love for Helena. She tells him she assumed he was behind her father’s murder, but doesn’t think so anymore. Iván suggests that they move on, now that Claudio isn’t around anymore. However, the rich young woman says she still hasn’t accepted her mother’s death, and continues to believe it wasn’t a suicide. Livia bids goodbye to Iván by giving him a warm hug, wishing him the best for his future. She agrees to move on and not carry any negative feelings. Despite her strong emotional connection to both Antonio and Iván, Livia doesn’t get together with either of them because of the unfortunate circumstances that surround her.
