According to reports, principal photography for the Lifetime production got underway in February 2026 under the working title ‘Desperate Forgiveness’ and wrapped up after a couple of weeks in March of the same year. After the conclusion of the shooting process, the director, Emily Moss Wilson, took to social media and stated, “Grateful & tired, ha! Can’t wait to share more about this powerful story soon.”

Gentry, Arkansas

The city of Gentry, located in Arkansas’ Benton County, served as the primary production location for ‘Faith & Forgiveness: A Duck Dynasty Love Story.’ Several streets in the downtown area of the city were seemingly turned into film sets as the cast and crew members took over numerous local businesses and properties to tape pivotal sequences. Given the Gentry’s active faith community, it served as an ideal filming destination for the Lifetime movie, which involves themes of faith and religion.
