‘Fit for Murder’ was filmed entirely in Reno, Nevada. Production began in January 2024 and wrapped up within a month in February of the same year. Despite the short schedule, the filming process was an enjoyable and memorable experience for the entire team. Nadine Flores, who worked as both an assistant director and cast member, reflected on the experience, saying, “So much can happen in a month, but somehow it still feels like a blip. But namely, in that timeframe, we made a movie! And I now have a Reno family.”
Reno, Nevada
Reno, located in northwestern Nevada near the Sierra Nevada mountains, served as the primary filming location for ‘Fit for Murder.’ The production likely took advantage of Reno’s mix of urban settings and isolated areas to enhance the contrast between the glamorous world of fitness celebrities and the dark events that unfold. Key locations potentially included gyms, luxury residences, and desolate stretches that added to the film’s tension.
