In Great American Family’s ‘Bee My Love,’ we get acquainted with a skilled private chef, Hannah Jones, who dreams of becoming a more successful culinary artist. While chasing her dream job, she finds herself head-to-head with a celebrity restaurateur named Brooklyn Myers. Hannah finds herself closer to her dreams when she gets inspired by her mother’s recipes and the sweetness of honey. Furthermore, she makes an unlikely connection with a struggling bookkeeper, Aaron Whitmore, who helps her discover the deeper meanings of life and love. Directed by Christopher Giroux, the romantic drama spans a variety of settings, including the Honey House, elevating the film’s visual elements.
Where Was Bee My Love Filmed?
‘Bee My Love’ was reportedly filmed entirely in Ontario, particularly in and around Hamilton. Principal photography for the Great American Family production commenced in October 2025 and went on for a couple of weeks before concluding within the same month. The vast and versatile landscapes of the province of Ontario served as the ideal filming destination for the rom-com.
Hamilton, Ontario
The port city of Hamilton, situated on the western end of the Niagara Peninsula, served as the primary production location for ‘Bee My Love.’ The filming unit set up camp in different streets and neighborhoods across the city to lens several important scenes. It is likely that a few popular buildings and landmarks make an appearance in the backdrop of establishing or exterior shots, such as Hamilton City Hall, Dundurn Castle, Landmark Place, 100 King Street West, and more.
In order to tape the scenes set in and around Aaron’s bookstore and Honey House, the cast and crew members traveled to the rural areas outside the city of Hamilton. They possibly took over a few real-life establishments in the countryside, where various pivotal sequences between Hannah and Aaron were shot. Apart from ‘Bee My Love,’ Hamilton has hosted the production of multiple film and TV projects over the years, including ‘The Time Traveler’s Wife,’ ‘Lie with Me,’ ‘Cinderella Man,’ ‘The Cutting Edge,’ ‘It’s a Boy Girl Thing,’ ‘Because of Cupid,’ ‘Heated Rivalry,’ ‘Lost Girl,’ and ‘The Kennedys.’

Besides being a talented actor, Ann also has experience in other departments. His TV credits include the likes of ‘Sanctuary’ as Dr. Will Zimmerman, ‘Sullivan’s Crossing’ as Mark, ‘Murdoch Mysteries’ as Franklin Williams, ‘Inhuman Condition’ as Graham Wheeler, and ‘Defiance’ as Miko.
Moreover, Brigitte Kingsley portrays Brooklyn Myers, the celebrity restaurateur who competes with Hannah for her dream job.
