Finding Faith Filming Locations
‘Finding Faith’ was filmed in its entirety in California, particularly in Los Angeles County. From what we can tell, the principal photography for the Lifetime production took place over the course of a few weeks in September 2024. One of the cast members, Paula Patton, talked about her experience of working with a stellar ensemble cast to Eurweb, stating, “Working with legends, it’s always just, you hope to learn by osmosis, just being in their presence.”
Los Angeles County, California
For the purpose of filming, the production team of ‘Finding Faith’ set up camp in several cities across Los Angeles County, California. A predominant filming site for the faith-based film is the sprawling Southern Californian city of LA. Over the years, it has become a world-renowned filming destination due to the availability of state-of-the-art production studios, a talented pool of actors, skilled technicians, favorable weather conditions, lucrative tax benefits, and other factors that support the creation of projects of varying genres. The City of Angels is also home to Hollywood, which has shaped the film industry for over a century. Therefore, it makes sense that the Lifetime production settled upon the metropolis as a filming site.
A property in the Porter Ranch neighborhood in LA doubled up as the cozy house of Faith Mitchell in the film. Nestled in the foothills of the Santa Susana Mountains, it lies in the northwestern part of the San Fernando Valley. It has also supported the filming of ‘Heirloom,’ ‘The Investigators: When Truth Calls,’ ‘Gleaming the Cube,’ and ‘Home Sweet Home.’ A few sequences were taped at the iconic Colorado Street Bridge in the city of Pasadena. Situated at a height of 150 feet at 504 West Colorado Boulevard, the Beaux-Arts concrete arch bridge spans over 1,400 feet and is a popular landmark in the region. A portion of the filming also took place in Santa Clarita, located in the northwestern part of the county. It has earned a name as a prominent filming site as it offers diverse landscapes that range from deserts and ranches to suburban neighborhoods.
