Created by Chris Coelen, Netflix’s ‘Love Is Blind: Poland’ is a Polish version of the dating reality show that follows a group of attractive singles looking to find the one for themselves. In the social experiment, the Polish singles go on multiple dates in private pods, with a wall separating them for one-on-one interactions. After they fall in love based on personality, they get engaged, and only then are they allowed to meet for the first time outside the pods.
The newly engaged couples are then sent to a relaxing stay at a lavish property before spending time together in the real world with their friends and family. As time passes by, the couples must make the decision to get married or part ways before the big day. Hosted by Zofia Zborowska-Wrona and her husband, Andrzej Wrona, the show takes place at a variety of locations, reflecting different phases of the couples’ relationships over the course of the season.
Love Is Blind: Poland Season 1 Filming Locations
‘Love Is Blind: Poland’ is filmed across Sweden, Greece, and Poland, particularly in Strängnäs and Warsaw. From what we can tell, principal photography for the inaugural iteration of the reality series took place around the summer of 2025, over the course of a few months. Being the Polish spin-off, it was natural that a significant chunk was shot on location in Poland, with its vast and versatile landscape filling the visual canvas.
Strängnäs, Sweden

Following the pattern of several other versions of ‘Love Is Blind,’ the production team of ‘Love Is Blind: Poland’ also taped the pod scenes at the purpose-built set located in the locality of Strängnäs, west of Stockholm. The set spans 6,500 square meters and consists of 20 pods. With the help of dozens of cameras on set, they managed to capture every other move of the singles during their interactions with each other. The seat of the eponymous municipality is popular for Strängnäs Cathedral, which is located on a hilltop.
Greece

After the couples get engaged, they spend a few days of quality time with each other at a picturesque and lavish spot in Greece. Located in Southeast Europe, the Hellenic Republic is known for having the longest coastline on the Mediterranean basin, allowing the filming unit to record some scenic exterior shots while the couples have a relaxing time before they begin a new phase together. Historically rich, Greece is known for many monuments and landmarks, including the Treasury of Atreus, the Parthenon, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, and more.
Warsaw, Poland

A significant chunk of ‘Love Is Blind: Poland’ season 1 was taped in and around the city of Warsaw, the capital of Poland, located on the River Vistula. The complicated and dramatic phase of the reality show, where the couples begin living their day-to-day lives, was reportedly shot in Warsaw. Several portions were also lensed outside of the hustle and bustle of the city, in the Masovian countryside, as wedding preparations begin. In the establishing shots, you are likely to spot numerous landmarks and popular buildings in the backdrop, such as the Royal Castle in Warsaw, the Royal Baths Park, Wilanów Palace, Varso Place, and the Palace of Culture and Science.
