From what we can tell, principal photography for the thriller took place in June 2025 over the course of a few weeks. At the end of the filming process, Hailey Rutledge took to social media and shared her experience on set, stating, “So grateful for this experience and the new friends I got to share it with 😭🩷 Thank you @brunohernandez79 for being just wonderful to work with and teaching me so much 🤍. All the pivotal sequences for ‘The Nurse Who Knew Too Much’ were lensed in different locations across the Miami metropolitan area. During the shooting process, the production team was spotted taping many important scenes in and around the coastal city of Miami, which is considered the leader in many sectors such as arts and culture, making it a popular filming destination. In the establishing shots, you might spot various popular landmarks and buildings associated with Miami, including the Bayside Marketplace, the Kaseya Center, Panorama Tower, the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, and Southeast Financial Center.

From what we can tell, the team members of the thriller also set up camp in the city of Coconut Creek, which is located in Broward County. Also known as the Butterfly Capital of the World, the city’s picturesque landscape enhanced the overall visuals of the narrative.
