The shooting for ‘The Secret Lives of Suburban Housewives’ took place in its entirety in Georgia, particularly in Atlanta. From what we can tell, principal photography for the whodunnit film got underway around late November or early December 2025 under the working title ‘Three Housewives and a Body’ and concluded a few weeks later in December itself. After the conclusion of the shooting process, Brey Noelle took to social media and shared a few words of gratitude. She stated, “…The beauty and the challenge with every film set, is that you walk away feeling like you made a new family…and then you all go your separate ways again! 🥹 My life and relationships only expand and get richer with each set I am fortunate to be part of. All the pivotal sequences for ‘The Secret Lives of Suburban Housewives’ were reportedly taped in and around Atlanta, the capital of Georgia and the seat of Fulton County. To add a layer of authenticity to the narrative, the filming unit seemingly set up camp at an actual suburban neighborhood in Atlanta. From the looks of it, they took over a real-life property and transformed it into a film set to lens several important indoor scenes.
The capital is home to numerous popular landmarks and buildings, such as the Bank of America Plaza, the Georgia State Capitol, Georgia Aquarium, Truist Plaza, Tower Square, and more, some of which likely feature in the backdrop of establishing or exterior shots. Besides the Lifetime production, Atlanta has hosted the production of various film and TV projects over the years.
