After learning that a dangerous criminal named Percy “Slide” Daye orchestrated his death, she uses an alias to infiltrate the underworld and get close to him.
With patience and determination, Amanda manages to win Percy’s trust and become an integral part of his inner circle. The more she gets closer to exposing the truth, the more she finds herself in danger. Helmed by Steve Adelson, the thriller drama movie is a part of the network’s ‘Ripped from the Headlines’ slate. Given the intense tale of revenge and justice, the visuals and locations tend to complement the overall themes of the narrative.

Kheon Clarke steps into the role of Percy “Slide” Daye, the man responsible for the death of Amanda’s husband, in ‘The Widow’s Payback.’ The Jamaican-Canadian actor is widely recognized for his portrayals of Tristan in ‘SkyMed’ and Chris Medlock in ‘Batwoman.’ You might have also seen him in ‘The Magicians,’ ‘Altered Carbon,’ ‘Superman & Lois,’ and ‘Debris.’ His other movie credits include ‘Private Princess Christmas,’ ‘A Novel Noel,’ and ‘Field Day.’
In addition, ‘Motherland: Fort Salem’ fame Catherine Lough Haggquist and ‘V/H/S/85’ fame Gigi Saul Guerrero also make an appearance in the Lifetime production.
