Where Was To Philly with Love Filmed?
‘To Philly with Love’ was filmed in Pennsylvania and Ontario, particularly in Philadelphia and Ottawa. Principal photography for the Hallmark production reportedly got underway in November 2025 and went on for a few weeks before wrapping up in the second week of December of the same year. Since a significant portion of the film was shot in Pennsylvania on location, the makers added a layer of authenticity to the romantic tale.
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The city of Philadelphia served as the primary production location for ‘To Philly with Love.’ Throughout the shooting process, the filming unit utilized many of its streets and neighborhoods to lens pivotal sequences for the movie. They reportedly set up camp around the Liberty Bell at 526 Market Street, across the street from Independence Hall, in the Liberty Bell Center, part of Independence National Historical Park. Also known as John F. Kennedy Plaza, LOVE Park also hosted the production of the romantic movie. Situated at 1501 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, the public park serves as a visual terminus for the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. In addition, the cast and crew members were also spotted shooting a few portions outside the National Archives at 14700 Townsend Road.
Ottawa, Ontario
Several important scenes for ‘To Philly with Love’ were also shot in the capital of Canada, Ottawa. Doubling as Philadelphia, many of the city’s locales were turned into film sets during the shooting process. For instance, the City of Ottawa Archives at 100 Tallwood Drive in Ottawa’s Nepean area served as a prominent filming destination. Besides the Hallmark production, Ottawa has hosted the taping for multiple movies, such as ‘A Royal Setting,’ ‘The Perfect Setting,’ ‘My Grown-Up Christmas List,’ ‘Shifting Gears,’ ‘Midnight at the Magnolia,’ ‘Everything Puppies,’ and ‘Welcome to Valentine.’
