As a reality series that explores the world of casual hookups and whether they can ever evolve into something more, Netflix’s ‘Sneaky Links: Dating After Dark‘ is absolutely unlike any other. That’s because it revolves around a group of singles as they navigate physical temptations, mental growth, and emotional bonds at every turn to hopefully walk away with their forever love. Among those to be part of season 1 of this original production were Jacie Allain and Brandon Limeres, whose interpersonal connection tested them more than they could have ever imagined.
Jacie Allain and Brandon Limeres Never Really Established Trust Between Them
Since it was in episode 7 when Jacie Allain stepped into the Sneaky Links Motel as a late check-in, she had no idea that Brandon Limeres had already had his fair share of ups and downs. All she quickly realized was that the two men who had initially caught her eye – Travis Arenas as well as Manny Garcia – were committed to other women, so she ended up asking him on a date. That’s where she learned that the 26-year-old had a tendency to go from woman to woman, and it took this experiment for him to understand that he had to always be transparent and honest with them.
Brandon wasn’t a liar or a cheater per se, but he was admittedly a player. Yet, this surprisingly didn’t turn Jacie off or push her away because she herself had a tendency to fall into such casual patterns. In fact, when he revealed that his bad habit in relationships was keeping one foot out the door because what if someone better came along, she agreed with him, stating that it’s “giving rational and logical.” In the end, the duo actually enjoyed their date to such an extent that they later continued getting to know one another in her bedroom before also getting quite intimate – they didn’t go all the way, but they were close.
The following morning, Jacie made it clear that while she did have a great time with Brandon, she was here to break old patterns, so they mutually agreed to take things slow from this point on. He also agreed that apart from forming an emotional bond with one another, they need to focus on self-growth too, especially as his previous link-ups in the motel – Nicole Serrano, Avery Wadbrook, and then Kelsey Tomlin – hadn’t worked out because they couldn’t gauge his intentions. In the end, despite his best efforts, since they spent so little time together, she felt as if all his progress would wean off once they returned to the real world, so she decided not to get into a real relationship with him. On the flip side, he showed his growth as well as maturity by showing up, ready to commit to her despite knowing she might not feel the same.
Jacie and Brandon Maintain an Amicable Connection Today
Although neither Jacie nor Brandon has explicitly commented on their relationship status or their interpersonal ties as of writing, it’s evident that they do share a rather amicable connection. It’s unclear whether they ever rekindled the romantic spark between them upon returning to the real world, but they evidently established an open line of communication between them. After all, they not only follow one another on their respective social media platforms, but they also often show their support in the form of public likes as well as comments on each other’s posts. Furthermore, they have both indicated their individual experiences on this once-in-a-lifetime dating show were positive, so there definitely doesn’t seem to be any sort of animosity or bad blood between them as of writing.
Jacie and Brandon Are Both Thriving in Their Professional Experiences Today
Jacie is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Psychology (class of 2019), and from what we can tell, she currently serves as a bartender, a model, and a pageant girl. She does reportedly have experience in customer service, marketing, research, and sales in the corporate world, but it was seemingly a conscious decision on her part to switch gears. So, she gradually built a more exciting career as a Social Media as well as Digital Marketing Expert before now making the most of her knowledge to spread her wings as a public figure, model, and pageant girl.
In fact, this Florida native is Miss Fort Myers 2023-turned-swimwear model who has done shoots for several brands and photographers alike over the years, which is now helping her grow. Most recently, the family-oriented 26-year-old served as an Ambassador for the Dream Awake Tour in Miami, presented by WBFF Entertainment and McGriddys Modeling Agency. Coming to Brandon, despite the fact that he prefers to keep his professional background and experiences well away from the limelight, we do know the 27-year-old is a proud nightclub owner.
Therefore, he currently splits his time between Atlanta and Los Angeles to ensure he maintains a proper work-life balance since a majority of his loved ones are seemingly in Georgia while his career is in California. Apart from all this, he is a travel enthusiast as made evident by his trips to Cayo Santa Maria, Havana, Cancún, Tulum, Dubai, and Lake Havasu, amongst other places, in the last few years alone. He is also a self-proclaimed Aquaholic since he loves being in the water or engaging in water activities such as boating, kayaking, swimming, and surfing whenever possible.
