In Lifetime’s ‘He’ll Never Find Me,’ Halle struggles mentally and physically in an abusive marriage, looking for ways to better her life. In a state of desperation, she fakes her own death and manages to get away from her violent husband. Starting afresh, she finds herself living on a farm in a peaceful Midwestern town, with the love of her life, Mark. She seems to have bid farewell to her traumatic past, but only until Mark rises to fame. When one of his videos goes viral, it exposes Halle’s identity and leads to an inevitable confrontation with her secret past. Now, she must not only fight for her survival, but also keep Mark safe from any harm. Helmed by Dave Thomas, the thriller drama movie is set in a secluded town, which initially complements Halle’s peaceful life but later turns into a deadly space with the arrival of her abusive husband.
Where Was He’ll Never Find Me Filmed?
‘He’ll Never Find Me’ was filmed in Georgia, specifically in Metro Atlanta and Rome. From the looks of it, principal photography for the Dave Thomas directorial commenced around mid-August 2025 and went on for a few weeks before wrapping up in the first week of September of the same year. Kabby Borders shared a few words about what it was like to be on set for the Lifetime production, stating, “Being on set at all these days feels significant. *insert all the tomorrow not promised quotes here* What could’ve been a chaotic (very last minute) farm film instead felt like a surprise summer camp for grown-ups—some old friends and new faces – everyone bringing their own spark, and somehow it all clicked.”
Metro Atlanta, Georgia
In order to paint the visual canvas of ‘He’ll Never Find Me,’ the production team utilized the vast and versatile landscape of Metro Atlanta, which consists of five core counties — Cobb, Clayton, Fulton, DeKalb, and Gwinnett. The cast and crew members set up camp in the town of Brooks, which stood in for the quiet Midwestern town where Halle starts afresh with Mark. Several streets and businesses were seemingly transformed into film sets for the purpose of shooting important scenes.
Rome, Georgia
The filming unit of ‘He’ll Never Find Me’ also traveled to the city of Rome, the seat of Floyd County. They took over the city’s wooded areas and parks to tape pivotal outdoor scenes. From the looks of it, numerous real-life residences and establishments also hosted the production of the thriller. Rome has served as a prominent shooting destination for quite a few movies and TV shows over the years, such as ‘The Mule,’ ‘The Divergent Series: Allegiant,’ ‘The Mosquito Coast,’ ‘Need for Speed,’ ‘Dangerous Calling,’ and ‘Stranger Things.’

Brad Worch II stars in ‘He’ll Never Find Me’ as Halle’s abusive husband, who threatens to destroy her and Mark’s lives. Hailing from Mooresville, North Carolina, his face might seem familiar to many of you as he features in ‘Lies Beneath the Surface’ as Jason Marks, ‘Hex’ as Greg, ‘Blue’ as Chris, and ‘See You When I See You’ as Jared.
