In the first season, Nicole Vinson entered the show with Logan Ventura and hoped to explore whether their relationship had long-term potential or if someone else might be a better fit. However, things with Manny quickly turned complicated. Nicole discovered that he had also been spending time with another contestant, Avery Wadbrook. She felt misled and hurt, realizing that Manny hadn’t been upfront with either of them. Both women confronted him and made it clear that his lack of transparency was unacceptable. After that, Nicole began to emotionally distance herself from him. Eventually, when Manny was asked to make a choice, he chose Nicole, but by then, her feelings had changed. She admitted that whatever spark she had initially felt was fading, and she wasn’t sure if she wanted to continue pursuing the connection.
Nicole acknowledged that the confusion and hesitation she was feeling came from within, and she needed to take the time to work on herself. She didn’t want to enter another relationship where her feelings weren’t fully aligned. She later spent some meaningful time with Logan, and during a painting session, it became clear how deeply the two understood and valued each other, even without the romantic connection. Alongside her growing visibility in the entertainment industry, Nicole Vinson has cultivated an impressive and steadily advancing career in real estate operations and training. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Marine Science from the University of South Carolina in 2018, Nicole transitioned into the corporate world with remarkable ease. She began her career at RangeWater Real Estate in Atlanta, Georgia, starting as a Marketing Representative, where she was responsible for supporting leasing efforts, coordinating resident engagement events, and implementing property-level marketing strategies to boost occupancy and retention.
In less than a year, she was promoted to Assistant Community Director. By the end of 2019, Nicole had moved into the role of Regional Operations Manager and relocated to Reston, Virginia. In this position, she managed operational performance across multiple residential communities, led regional teams, and implemented standard operating procedures that improved efficiency. From January 2022 to October 2023, she served as Operations Training Manager, working remotely from South Carolina. In October 2023, Nicole joined Gallery Residential as the Director of Operations and Success Training. She played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s operational training strategies, ensuring that employees across departments were equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
As of January 2025, she has been serving as the Director of Training at Gallery Residential, based in Arlington, Virginia. In her current role, she leads the company’s national training and professional development initiatives. She oversees curriculum development, facilitates executive-level workshops, evaluates training effectiveness, and aligns learning programs with business goals. She also works closely with the operations and HR departments to ensure employee development remains central to the company’s culture and growth.
Nicole Vinson Has a Strong Circle of Friends and Family Around Her
Outside of her thriving professional life, Nicole Vinson is deeply rooted in meaningful personal relationships and a strong sense of community. Known for her loyalty, warmth, and sense of fun, she has cultivated a wide and vibrant circle of friends across the country. In April 2025, Nicole faced an unexpected challenge when she broke her foot while playing sports. Though the injury required rest and recovery, her loved ones rallied around her, reminding her how supported and cared for she truly is. Now back on her feet, literally and figuratively, and she’s doing well. Whether she’s deep in a work project, laughing over brunch with friends, or going for a stroll with Pepper, Nicole Vinson continues to live a life full of connection, purpose, and heart.
