Shea McGuire laid the foundation of his journey by graduating from Lone Oak High School in 1988. After completing further education in real estate at Paducah Community College, he became more determined to expand his knowledge. It paved the way for him to earn a degree in Business Management and Business Accounting from Daymar College in 2012. Shea’s first step into the professional world came in January 1998, when he joined Marilyn’s Medical Freedom Sales department and was later promoted to Vice President. He continued working there until August 2008, after which he briefly served as a Census Coverage Manager at the U.S. Census Bureau from April to September 2010.
While working there, Shea finally found his calling in real estate and became a realtor at Century 21 Service Realty in July 2010. He continues to hold this position to this day, helping buyers and sellers throughout West Kentucky. In January 2011, he also took on the role of Network Marketing Specialist for multiple businesses. Beyond this, Shea has begun to maintain a strong presence on social media, especially Facebook, where he boasts 3K followers. His page offers followers a window into both his professional and personal worlds. There, Shea often shares details about the commercial and residential property listings he is currently selling, including their addresses and price ranges.
Despite his busy career, family remains at the center of Shea’s world, particularly his two daughters, Allison and Abigail, his two sons-in-law, and his beloved grandchildren. From spending quality time with them to visiting different restaurants, the 54-year-old always takes the opportunity to make new memories. Apart from that, Shea enjoys an adventurous lifestyle, which becomes evident from his passion for spending time outdoors and engaging in activities such as fishing, hunting, and boating. She worked as a Caretaker in her home country, a role that naturally reflected her nurturing and compassionate personality.
